Our Legacy

In Fall 2024, we plugged in. By Spring 2025, we took over. This is the timeline of the Hagerman Bobcat. A program built on mechanical skill, teamwork, and a relentless drive for the trophy.

Fall 2024

Our Founders

A group of 3 students who shared a passion for competitive gaming and a vision for creating a successful esports program as well as one coach who was crazy enough to believe in this becoming a reality.

Fall 2024

The Inaugural Roster

The foundation is laid. The program grows in student count. Entering the arena with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Rocket League, NBA 2K25, and Madden NFL. We focused on building team work skills, establishing practice routines, and laying the groundwork for a competitive culture.

Spring 2025

2A Overall State Champions

Entering our first official NMAA Spring season and shocking the state. Through flawless execution and unmatched teamwork, we secured the NMAA 2A Overall State Championship. Dethroning the powerhouse program that had dominated the title for four years prior to our arrival. This victory cemented the Bobcats in Hagerman history forever.

2025–2026 // The Program Builds

Fall 2025

Expanding the Arsenal

The roster grows aggressively. We introduced Street Fighter 6 and Splatoon 3 alongside our core titles. The highlight of the Fall: Our MK8D squad dominates the season, securing 1st Place in the New Mexico Region MK8D League.

Fall 2025

Alumni Beyond High School Esports

One of the founders of our Bobcat Esports program, as well as our first Alumni to enter Collegiate-level esports at New Mexico State University, Chasin Sanders.

Spring 2026

Back-To-Back

Going in with a massive target on our backs, fielding rosters in MK8D, RL, Madden, Splatoon 3, and SSBU. We achieved the incredible milestone of going back-to-back, winning our Second NMAA A-2A Mario Kart Championship.

Spring 2026 Hardware

Staying on Top

Proving that year one wasn't a fluke. Alongside the MK8D title, we battled through the hardest brackets in the state to secure multiple podium finishes, proving our sustained excellence across multiple genres.
